Meet The Team
Our team of Interior Designers go through a training program specially designed by Dean, our Lead Designer, to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills before being allowed to take on projects by themselves. Here at De Loft, we take training and upgrading our Interior Designers very seriously, to ensure they keep abreast of the latest developments in the area of Interior Design and Construction.
Founder & Lead Interior Designer
Dean Tan
With more than 20 years experience in this field, Dean has completed countless projects, both residential and commercial. He has even undertaken marine projects that saw him oversee the completion of the interior of cruise ships. Given his experience, he loves to work with big projects such as landed properties and condominiums. He has an acute eye for functionality and his clients always appreciate this quality of his.
Business Development Manager & Interior Designer
Melvin Ong
Melvin decided to join Dean in this venture after being a PE teacher for more than 12 years. He loves to work on HDB flats. Call him sentimental but growing up in a HDB flat himself, he loves the nostalgia and the kampung spirit that HDB estates exude. He believes that HDB flats do not have to be the stereotypical pigeon hole many people make them out to be. Each flat has potential to be a forever home that everyone longs for.
